How can you charge so little for this, if you are so experienced.

We charge so little because we are very good at what we do, not in spite of. We can get the job done quickly, and pass the time savings on to your membership fees. It also means we can service more members.

Is the media spend included in the membership fee?

No. However, we are confident you will make more money working with us. You can use our media spend calculator to gauge how much you should be spending on ads per month to reach your goals.

If it’s as easy to deliver as you say, why don’t I just do it myself?

We are a highly experienced team, able to deliver solid results, quickly. We are confident you would make more money trusting us, than learning the skill yourself.

Can I have input on how my account it optimised?

You know your business, we know Google Ads. Our process relies on you giving us the ingredients (business goals, conversion data, USPs, any creative, etc…), and trusting us to deliver.

Can I have a regular meeting with a dedicated account manager?

We are a small, highly experienced team. In order to deliver the results we do, it requires we keep our overheads low. You will have access to real-time performance metrics, be given a monthly insights report, and be able to message us with questions whenever you like.

I’ve heard this automation is a black box - is it?

Yes…but does it matter? We are firm believers that if it works, do we need to move every lever ourselves? As long as you are making a solid profit, run towards that.

I haven’t got any video or image creatives - can you help to create them?

Yes, we can create videos tailored for performance advertising. In fact, we recommend you use our creative alongside any videos you already have (all included in your subscription).

How do I update you on new budgets?

If you need to change budgets, send us a message and we will change that straight away - we will make sure all of your budget is spent in the highest impact place possible.

What if I need to change my business goal?

Automation relies on stability, so if you need to change your goals (Cost per acquisition or ROI targets), this should be a gradual change. Give us the ingredients, and trust us to deliver.

All of my sales happen over the phone / offline, will I still be able to advertise?

While a little more complex, this is absolutely possible. As part of your onboarding, we will get a feel for the most appropriate way to track your sales & optimise. The cost to set up & maintain this is included in your subscription.

My primary goal is to build awareness for my brand, can you deliver?

Our focus is on driving sales & leads for SMBs. We know that brand awareness can be a priority for some businesses. We are not set up to deliver on that.

I already have a Google Ads account - will you take that over?

We are happy to take on existing accounts, and while we will take learnings from what is working, we will run the account to our standard. Nothing will be deleted, but it will be paused, in favour of our method.

I don’t have a Google Ads account - can you help?

We are happy to create an account for you. This will be done as part of onboarding.

Who is responsible for paying Google?

You will be responsible for paying the Google Ads invoice. Help with the billing setup is offered as part of your subscription.

Why do you recommend at least 3 months to get started?

With the initial tracking & account setup, in our experience 3 months is the minimum time needed to allow the algorithm to learn how to get you more customers at the right price. We would expect performance to pick up much quicker than that, depending on your volumes.

Will you manage my Meta Ads too?

No, we only manage Google Ads.

I have an app, will you help me promote that?

Yes! We can help you drive more downloads, more sales (via the app), and/or more valuable users.

How do I know if my ads are working for my business?

We provide real-time reports that you can access at any time, detailing how much you’ve spent, and how many leads / sales we have driven. We only focus on the metrics that matter to your business, everything else is noise.
